Thinking about building a mobile application for your business, or getting started with the interview process for mobile app development companies? Here are 10 questions you need to ask yourself before beginning your project!


1. How Often Will Your App Be Used?

 This is a good metric for how essential an application is for your business – and how much money you should budget for it. Will your app be used hourly? Daily? Weekly? As a rule, you want to build apps that will be used regularly – this will deliver the best ROI for your project.


2. What Features Will Make Your App Exceptional and Drive Adoption?

How are you going to differentiate your app from competitors – or from off-the-shelf software that has similar functionality?

If your app idea does not have any exceptional features, you may want to reconsider the project.





3. Where Does It Fit in Your Workflow?

 Will your app help your employees become more effective? Can it be integrated easily into existing workflows? Or will it simply add extra steps to existing workflows, and make it more difficult for them to do their jobs?
